When buying from our online store, you can choose between different methods of transport:

 

OMNIVA PARCEL TERMINAL – 2.30 € / FREE for orders over 50 € 

The products arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 1–5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. When the product has arrived at the parcel terminal, you receive a text message which includes the door code, location of the parcel terminal, return code and end of the storage term. Parcel terminals are open 24 hours and are usually near the main entrances of various shopping centres.

SMARTPOST PARCEL TERMINAL – 2.30 € / FREE for orders over 50 € 

The products arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 1–5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. When the product has arrived at the parcel terminal, you receive a text message and e-mail which includes the door code and location of the parcel terminal. DPD PARCEL TERMINAL – 2.30 € / FREE 
for orders over 50 € 

The products arrive at your chosen parcel terminal within 1–5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. When the product has arrived at the parcel terminal, you receive a text message which includes the door code and location of the parcel terminal. Parcel terminals are open 24 hours and are usually near the main entrances of various shopping centres.

POST OFFICE – 2.75 € / FREE for orders over 50 € 

The products arrive at the post office within 1–5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. When the product has arrived at the post office, you receive a text message or a letter with information about the post office where you can collect your order.

 

OMNIVA COURIER – 3.50 €

The products will be delivered to your address within 1–5 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time for delivering your products.

NB! Please note that delivery time during the campaigns may take a little longer than usual.
 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have the right to exchange or return your ordered products within 14 days after receiving your order.  In order to do that, the Customer shall submit an application for withdrawing from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the Product. Please include filled in return form inside the package with returned products.

NB! Exchanges or returns are only accepted if accompanied by a filled in return form.

Returns are FREE of charge. 

 

Orders can be returned in 3 ways:

1. Using a parcel terminal

Fill in the return form and add it to the parcel. Pack the parcel you are returning so that it cannot be opened without ruining the package. Remove the old address card. To send the parcel, enter the return/door code into the parcel terminal. The parcel terminal will issue the necessary address card and open a terminal door. Orders delivered with DPD include return shipment label that can be used to return the order. Orders delivered with Itella Smartpost can be returned with the same code You received Your order with. If You received order from new white Itella Smartpost parcel machine and would like to return Your order there, please contact Itella Smartpost customer service. The return will reach the online shop in three workdays.

2. At the post office

Fill in the return form and add it to the parcel. Pack the parcel you are returning so that it cannot be opened without ruining the package. Inform the postal worker that you want to return a parcel ordered from Põldma Kaubanduse AS Denim Dream’s online shop using courier mail and you will be able to return the parcel free of charge. The return will reach the online shop in three workdays. NB! Only orders delivered by Omniva can be returned to the post office!

3. At one of our shops

Fill in the return form and add it to the parcel. The shop’s customer service clerks will forward the returned parcel to the online shop, which will exchange the goods or conduct the return procedure. The return will reach the online shop in five workdays. PS. The shop’s personnel do not issue refunds. Goods are only exchanged and the return procedures conducted via Denim Dream’s online shop.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select exchange products from our ordinary shops.

Products can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product. We will send you the new product as soon as we receive the goods you want to exchange.


Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account that was used to pay for the order within 14 days of when the return application was submitted. If you used bonus money to (partially) pay for the order, that money will be refunded to Client. Bonus money earned with the purchase will be deducted from Clients account. 

The paid delivery fee will also be refunded to the customer if the ordered items are returned. If only a part of the order is returned, the delivery fee will also be refunded partially.

Any items returned or subject to exchange must be undamaged and without signs of wearing; the item must be in its original packaging with all original labels attached. Cosmetics, perfumes and lingerie are no longer subject to return once the package has been opened.

 

We request that you take great care when opening a package so as not to damage it. If the package cannot be opened without damaging it, the product does not have to be in its original packaging should you choose to return it.
